The owners and operators of the website https://wolle.in are Joyed Industries Private Ltd, a company registered in India with its registered office at Building No 1175, Pattasseril building, Devalokam PO, Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam, Kerala 686004 – The trade name, the word mark and all intellectual property rights associated with Wolle and https://www.wolle.in are owned solely by Joyed Industries Private Ltd.
2. All orders placed on the website are governed by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Any individual placing an order (referred to as the "Customer") must be legally competent to enter into a contract, provide consent freely (without force or coercion), and ensure that the purpose and consideration of the order are lawful.
3. By using this website or placing an order, customers/users acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full. If these terms are not acceptable, they must refrain from using the website or placing orders. The customer/user confirms they are legally capable of entering into this agreement, providing free consent, and ensuring the product and payment serve a lawful purpose.

6. The product is only available for delivery within India and can be ordered by individuals residing in India with a valid address. Delivery is contingent upon the customer fulfilling all legal requirements, rules, and regulations, and possessing all necessary statutory documents (local or national). Joyed Industries or any third-party courier agency will not be liable for failed deliveries due to missing or incorrect statutory documents, or incomplete or incorrect addresses.
7. Once a valid order is placed, the product will be delivered to the address provided by a third-party courier agency. The customer grants full authorization for the courier agency to deliver the ordered product. As delivery is handled by a third-party courier, Joyed Industries will not be responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
8. Wolle reserves the right to share customer information with third parties for the fulfillment of orders placed on the website. The customer/user acknowledges and consents to this. Additionally, the customer grants Wolle the right to use their information for marketing and product updates. Joyed Industries Pvt Ltd will act as the custodian and owner of such data.
9. The title of the products will transfer to the customer once the products have been dispatched.
10. The Customer shall bear all applicable taxes, duties, and statutory levies, including but not limited to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other charges as mandated by the laws of India, applicable at the time of invoicing or delivery of the product

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
The customer agrees to hold Joyed Industries harmless for any violation and/or deception stated herein.
Customers who have complaints about the product shipment procedure should direct their complaints to the legal body that delivered the product, and Joyed Industries will not be held responsible in any way. But Joyed will oversee the product's quality, provided there are no limitations.
Warranties & Limitations of Liability
Wolle or Joyed Industries disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Wolle or Joyed Industries be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to this website, regardless of whether either party had, or should have had, any actual or constructive knowledge that such damages might occur.
Orders, Payment and Delivery
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
Upon proper order placement, the product will be delivered to the address indicated by a third-party courier agency. The customer provides full authorization for this third-party agency to deliver the ordered product. As the delivery is handled by a third-party courier, Joyed Industries shall not be liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address. We aim to dispatch all orders within the time frame specified on the website. Delivery times are provided as an estimate and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
If delivery of the products cannot be completed after two attempts, the carrier will default to returning the package to Wolle / Joyed. The provider will communicate using the phone number provided by the customer; however, if there is no response at the specified address, the package will be returned. If the purchase was prepaid, a credit will be issued to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction.

Transfer of Title and Taxes
The title of the products will transfer to the customer once the product has been dispatched. All applicable taxes on the product shall be borne by the customer.
Force Majeure
Notwithstanding any other provision in these terms and conditions, Wolle shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond the reasonable control of Wolle or Joyed Industries. Such causes include but are not limited to, acts of war, civil insurrection, national emergencies, acts of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storms, earthquakes, floods, embargoes, riots, sabotage, industry-wide strikes, lockouts, work stoppages, or other labour disputes, widespread supplier failures, unavailability of materials, rights of way, or governmental actions. However, Wolle will make commercially reasonable efforts to promptly address and rectify any failure or delay in performance, to the extent permissible by applicable law and regulatory requirements and appropriate given the circumstances at that time.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions represent the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein. They supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, communications, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
