Refund policy

Wolle strives to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in accordance with the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and labels.
• Used or damaged items will not be eligible for return.
• Items purchased on offers or discounts cannot be returned.
• A fixed return pickup charge of ₹99 will be applied per return collection.
• To avoide fixed charges cutomer can return the ietms by self shipping using any courier by their choice and email the tracking ID to support@wolle.ie with the orginal order number. The retun adress :- Joyed Industries

2. Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item is physically received and inspected by our team.
• The refund amount will be credited to the account provided by the customer at the time of initiating the return.
• Refund will be credited with in 7-10 days to the original source of payment method.  
3. Exchange Policy
• We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different size, colour, or product, you will need to place a new order on our website at www.wolle.in.
4. Return Process
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order details and the reason for return.
• Our team will guide you through the return process, including the return address and any required documentation.
5. Exceptions
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for returns.
• Items purchased on offers or discounts cannot be returned.
• Returns initiated after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
